Tenuta Santo Pietro

The staff really go out of their way to make you comfortable, and the meals were some of the best we had in Italy. We had lunch and dinner cooked in their kitchen with fresh ingredients, both delicious. The villa is peaceful, with lovely views, a pool, books, and games, so we didn't feel any need to leave. Their house wines are delicious, and the balsamic vinegar is among the best I've tasted. One thing to know when booking: our bathroom was on a lower floor than the bedroom, which was a little inconvenient.

The hospitality was next level, and the food and pool were fantastic. The grounds are beautiful, and the location between Pienza and Montepulciano is incredible. My only vacation regret was not staying longer at Tenuta Santo Pietro. I spent ages looking for the right place, and if you're doing the same, you can stop here.

The place is absolutely beautiful, and the restaurant is excellent. They make amazing wine and olive oil on site. Bertina and her team are what really set it apart, with outstanding service. Highly recommend!

We rented e-bikes through TSP and rode along Strada Querciassale, with breathtaking scenery. Afterward, the pool was just right for cooling off on a hot day. It was sparkling clean, like the immaculately maintained grounds. Our room was beautiful, with a very comfortable bed and an incredible shower with the strongest water pressure we've ever had. Tenuta Santo Pietro is a rare place where you feel pampered but still completely at home. The estate has beautiful rolling hills and traditional rustic Tuscan decor, and the garden vegetables go into wonderful homemade food, especially the pasta and ribollita soup. Their olive oil from their own groves was the best we've tasted, and we brought a bottle home. The natural wine made from estate-grown grapes was high quality and so smooth we enjoyed plenty without a hint of a headache. Having a glass with that view felt like Tuscany. Bertina, the manager, is the heart of the place, endlessly energetic even after a long day and always on top of everything. She made sure we had what we needed while keeping things light and fun. Laughing and chatting with her was a highlight. Teresa and Micaela were also warm and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable, well fed, and happy. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like old friends. We can't wait to return!
