The person in charge of the sunbeds treated us worse than anyone we’ve encountered in a service business like this. He was aggressive and threatening, and didn’t understand that we didn’t speak Italian. The place was almost empty, which is no surprise. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Choose somewhere nearby instead.

The room was very dirty, and everything in it felt old. The bedding was old blankets with duvet covers. After one night, I said I’d need a room of a normal standard or I’d leave. That’s when I saw the truth about the customer service culture: the gentleman was offended with me over the crap in the hotel. A disaster.

My wife, son and I stopped for a drink before heading to the sea. The drink was good, but far too expensive. I’ll be back soon.
