There are plenty of pizzerias nearby, and we thought the food was pretty good. But the pool has been closed for almost three years, and when we had an emergency there were no hospitals. The bathroom was full of cockroaches and other insects, and the staff and chefs weren't very kind. The place looked completely different from the photos. It shouldn't be a four-star hotel.

There was no water in the room, and breakfast was just a croissant. The hotel felt empty and had no service overall. Calling it a four-star hotel doesn't make sense, it felt like less than one star.

The staff were the one good part, very kind and helpful. Everything else felt far from what the photos show: the building is old and run-down, and the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby, and some elevator buttons were broken. Breakfast was just croissants, bread, and some supermarket juice. The coffee machine was slightly broken too, so it only made watered-down coffee. Prices were excessively high, almost ridiculous compared with what you find once you're there. I'm not trying to be mean, just saying what I experienced. I'd strongly recommend paying only for the room nights and skipping full board.

This didn't feel like a real four-star hotel. At every meal, the staff seemed like they didn't want to be there and avoided helping us as much as they could.

The furniture all looks like it's from the 90s, and the place needs updating. I asked for a coffee at the bar, but there was stuff floating in it. I ordered another and they served it in a paper cup.
