Finding my grandfather’s birthplace and hometown was the reason for my visit, and the couple running the place helped me with translation and shared loads of useful information about where to go. They made me feel at home with their generous hospitality and thoughtful service. The stay felt more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. I’d stay here again.

They treated me like family. It’s a peaceful mountain setting above Modena, near a river, while still being easy to get into town. I love this place and definitely recommend it.

A relaxing place with comfortable, simple rooms, and the staff are friendly. The restaurant is amazing, probably the best spot in the whole region for tortelli.

The owner knows how to treat guests, and the restaurant is really good. It’s a nice place to stay in Pievepelago, with nearby cities easy to reach by car.
