During my two-night stay from August 11-13, the air conditioning in my room didn’t work. The temperature reached 36°C (97°F), so sleeping was impossible and the room wasn’t fit to stay in. I have videos of people complaining at the desk, in case the hotel says this didn’t happen. At checkout I asked for a goodwill gesture and staff told me to submit the request through my booking platform. I did, but the hotel replied that after checking with Management, they couldn’t offer any refund. Stay away from this hotel.

The breakfast was poor, with only toast and no bread, two of the four toasters broken, melted butter, and very little choice. The hotel itself also feels worn out and overdue for renovation. Maybe it was nice years ago, but that’s not how it feels now. We booked mainly because it was 35 degrees outside and we wanted AC, but even with it running the room stayed hot and stuffy all evening. We opened the windows after sunset for some air, but it was still hot. I wouldn’t recommend staying here when the weather is hot.

I stayed for two days, and the room heating barely worked, so it was cold, as it was in February. The shower was also rather cold, and the shower head had problems. The room didn’t feel properly maintained, and there was a lot of noise from the hotel, the restaurant opposite, and a party somewhere nearby. We could still hear it with the windows and everything else closed.

The service was polite and attentive to our needs, and the food was nice. My family and I spent five days here, enjoying the majestic views and garden. There’s also an easy walking trail that’s pretty to look at and not tiring at all. We’ll definitely visit again.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help me and my colleagues with extra services. They even sent my book all the way to Amsterdam after I left it in my room. The rooms were clean and nice, with magnificent mountain views. A good hotel, and thank you so much!
