The rooms have decent space for a family with children, though they're basic. We're three adults, and the beds are uncomfortable, worn, and seem close to breaking. I wonder if they'll last a week, or even a day. Housekeeping was fine, but one lampshade didn't match the others and sparked before it stopped working. I put it in the closet since it isn't needed and doesn't work. The outlets are loose. Getting around is another problem. The place is outside town with nothing nearby, so you need the car for a bar, shop, or restaurant. The road uphill means I can't walk to the beach with my condition. My husband was enormously disappointed, and I'm trying not to complain so I don't make his condition worse.

The residence sits far uphill, which is a real issue if you have health problems, and the parking spaces are very narrow. The apartments weren't very clean despite the €60 cleaning charge. The floors especially needed attention, and the table was crusted with old grime and crumbs from who knows how many months ago. The beds are so worn that you feel every spring as soon as you lie down, and they give you a terrible backache.

Pineto's town center is only a few kilometers away, and the sea and Torre del Cerrano are close by. The facility is beautiful and clean, and the service was efficient.

A spotless apartment in a quiet village. It's a good place to unwind, with walks through the pine forest, and seems ideal for grandparents visiting with their grandchildren.
