Alessia was so friendly with us, and she's a great person. The place is warm, cute, and very, very clean. A real hidden gem in Pineto.

The B&B has its own parking, which was excellent, and breakfast is at the café across the road. It's a short walk into Pineto, where there are bars, pizzerias, pastry shops, restaurants, and a large supermarket. A big shopping center is five minutes away by car. Mrs. Alessia gave us such a kind welcome, and we spent three peaceful days surrounded by kindness, calm, and harmony. She paid close attention to every detail, and the rooms were meticulously clean. Our large room had air conditioning, a comfortable bathroom with complimentary toiletries, shelves and hangers, and a roomy balcony with a drying rack, table, chairs, automatic awning, and roller shutters. There was also a coffee maker and a small but handy mini-fridge.

Just a few meters from the sea, this place is in a great spot. Alessia, the owner, was simply delightful and incredibly kind. When we arrived, she took time to explain the parking arrangements, hours, and breakfast, and suggested restaurants and a beach club with truly reasonable prices. We're very grateful for how at home she made us feel. It's now a regular stop on our vacation itinerary. Cleanliness and friendliness are always priorities here. Highly recommended!

We were there for four days, and Mrs. Alessia made us feel very welcome. She was professional, polite, and always available. The room was cozy and clean, and the bathroom was so spotless you could eat in it. There's a coffee machine, and each morning Mrs. Alessia left us two coffee capsules and two vouchers for breakfast at the café across the street. Everything was perfect, and I'd recommend this place to anyone.
