After skiing, the small spa was just right for relaxing, and it’s well equipped. We stayed four days in this very new hotel, within walking distance of the main gondola and the center of Pinzolo. Our room was beautiful, with lovely attention to detail, everything looking new, and a great balcony with two chairs and a table. The staff were friendly, attentive to what we needed, and always helpful. There’s parking directly behind the building too. We’d happily return to Pinzolo and stay here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. It’s a charming hotel within walking distance of the gondola, with clean, comfortable rooms. The spa has a jacuzzi and sauna, a nice place to unwind in a calm atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The restaurant serves excellent food, and there’s a new spa to enjoy as well. This is a lovely boutique hotel with great service and beautifully designed rooms. The ski lifts are within walking distance. Just perfect.

The reception staff were very helpful, and service in the restaurant at breakfast was friendly. Breakfast itself was tasty. The hotel is practical and right in central Pinzolo, with a modern wooden style, a private shower, good equipment, and a nice view. A very nice place for the money, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Breakfast had a great choice of fresh sweet and savory food, and the spa was a real treat, with a sauna, steam room, and hot tub that guests could use for free. Our room was spacious and spotless, and the free parking was a big plus. Check-in and checkout went smoothly, service was excellent the whole time, and we thought it was great value. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it.
