The place was very clean, with strong AC, a comfortable bed, good electrics, hot water, and a functioning kitchen. It's an Airbnb-style one-bedroom apartment with plenty of floor space. The bathroom is small but works, with a bidet, shower, toilet, and small sink. There were about two pillows per person, and a tiny patio. The door is on the river street, though there's no river view. Check-in was smooth and the instructions were clear, but it requires cellular data and WhatsApp. Without cell data, it could be a problem for someone checking in the old-fashioned way.

There's plenty of room in this smart, well equipped apartment, and it was easy to find. Its location is convenient for central Pisa.

The apartment is well furnished for cooking, and the heating is excellent. It's in a great spot, about a 10-minute walk from the station and 25 minutes from the airport, with a bus stop 150 meters away. The TV has Netflix and Prime Video, though it's a bit far from both the bed and the kitchen. Cleanliness was good apart from two small things near the bed: the pillows are practically nonexistent.

We felt right at home! The apartment is spacious, very clean, and has everything you need, plus more. The location is excellent for both the station and the city center. It's a shame we didn't get to meet the owners in person to thank and compliment them. Thank you!
