The location is great, just a 10-minute walk from Pisa Tower, and the staff were really helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. There’s also a kitchen available for normal use, as much as you need.

The bedroom itself was clean, but the whole room smelled strongly of sewage from the cesspool. In those conditions, I don't think anyone could stay more than one night. It was awful and definitely not worth 80/night.

I couldn't check in at all. The owner didn't pick up the phone or reply to my texts. I'm hoping I can get a refund.

Just a five-minute walk from Pisa centre, and the room was really clean and nice. I'd definitely recommend it.

The location is very close to Pisa's leaning tower. The room was clean, and I slept well.
