Our flight was cancelled, so we arrived late and had to leave early. The front office guy was amazing. He gave us a large bottle of water, arranged a taxi for 6am, and packed breakfast for us to take to the airport since we had no time to eat there. That was really kind, and we appreciated it a lot. The rooms are excellent too. I'd recommend staying here.

The hotel is old, the food is very bad, and the service was really rude. The room was large, the bathroom clean, and amenities were provided.

Our tour company recommended this hotel. It says four stars, but it felt like one. The room looked extremely old and needs renovation. The bedsheet was yellowish and felt as though it had been used for 10-20 years to run the business. Cleanliness was a big fail, and the breakfast was too. A horrible experience. They didn't even provide mineral water.

The balcony was amazing, with a fantastic sea view. The room itself was clean and spacious, though the bathroom was old-fashioned. The sink was too big, and the bathtub basically took up the whole space.

It's nearly a kilometre from the Tyrrhenian beachfront. The place is huge and can accommodate several large vehicles, which makes it ideal for group tour operators. The rooms are so-so, with only basic utilities, and breakfast is stereotyped European. If you're visiting alone or in a small group and want to avoid the hustle and bustle of nearby Pisa and Florence, you could book a beachfront property instead.
