Hotel Milano

The staff were helpful throughout, and it's a five-minute walk to the train station, with easy access to the airport shuttle. We stayed one night in a ground floor room. The bedroom and bed were comfortable, and the room was clean apart from some damp on the bathroom ceiling. The bathroom worked fine, but the damp was off putting. Room tip: Try to avoid the ground floor room next to reception.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The train station is only a two-minute walk away. It's good value, and I'll gladly stay here again on future visits to Pisa.

The hotel was cold, and the receptionist didn't explain anything important. It felt like all they cared about was getting paid. There was loud noise in the corridor at night, and nobody seemed to care whether guests could sleep once they'd paid. They couldn't speak English, which made it hard to complain about a problem. Definitely a no for me. It wasn't even that cheap, so I'd find somewhere else. I'm also disappointed by the reviews. My partner left a bad review, but after a few months it had been changed to five stars. Google seems to be changing bad reviews to good ones. It feels like a scam.

The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are helpful. It's a cheap place to stay, literally about a minute's walk from the train station. It can get loud downstairs, but that only bothered us on a Friday or Saturday night. I'd definitely recommend it.
