Hotel Miratorre

We loved our stay, and the staff went above and beyond. Our flight was delayed and we arrived quite late. They'd almost given up on us, but sent really detailed instructions for checking ourselves in. We made it just in time, and they were so kind and helpful. Our room was small but very high-tech, fun, and comfortable. We weren't there long enough to explore all it could do. Breakfast was delicious, especially the coffee. We had an early slot at the leaning tower, so we left our bags at the hotel. When we came back to collect them, they gave us free coffees. If you're arriving on foot in the dark, plan for the underpass beneath the road that leads to the hotel. We couldn't see it properly and ended up going a long way around. We heartily recommend this place.

The staff were very helpful, and one of them even arranged a taxi to the airport for us. It cost €27. The hotel was handy for all the places we wanted to visit, especially the train stations for our trips. Our room was clean and modern, with soundproofing, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There's a self-service kiosk for water, but you have to pay for it at reception.

The service was wonderful, and we enjoyed our stay and the delicious breakfast. The hotel is a short walk from piazza dei miracoli and about 20 minutes from the town centre. Our room was clean and light. One suggestion: a mirror on the desk would help women put on makeup, and soundproof doors might be useful.

We got a free upgrade because a bigger room was available, which was lovely. The rooms were spotless and modern, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly. The location was great too. I'd also highly recommend their restaurant La Corte di San Leonardo, just 10min away by foot. Hotel guests get a 10% discount there.
