We stayed two nights with my girlfriend. The B&B is in a great location for visiting Pisa, and the room was clean, nice, and had a good bed and air conditioning. It was also good value for money. We were short of contact money, and the owner gave us a discount on the city tax. Top service and location. Highly recommended!

The staff were incredibly helpful, replying within seconds whenever we had a question or issue. The room was clean, and the location and access were fantastic. It's right in the centre, close to restaurants and bars, and near the train station. I'd recommend it.

The host was really helpful when we checked in late, leaving us the keys and recommending some great places to eat even late at night. The room was very clean and cool, with plenty of towels. The B&B is very central, a 5-10 minute walk from the train station. Breakfast is at the local cafe just outside: turn left as you leave and it's right in front of you. You get coffee and a pastry, and can sit outside enjoying la dolce vita and watching the world go by. Highly recommend for couples, groups, or solo travellers who want a central location and a good night's sleep. Grazie

Christian, the owner, was so kind and eager to help with our requests. He was easy to reach and quick to respond. My husband and I stayed for five days and wished we could have stayed forever. The place made our stay more relaxing. The rooms are spacious, with a closet, tables and chairs, a fridge, and a large bathroom with a shower and bidet. Everything was very clean, from the spotless floors to the bathroom and furniture. You could walk barefoot and still have clean feet. The kitchen is modern and works well. Each morning Christian set out cookies, pastries, cereal, and pies for breakfast. The fridge had cheese, eggs, prosciutto, butter, milk, yogurt, and juices, and there was an espresso maker too. The location is perfect: less than 10 minutes on foot from the train station, 10-15 minutes from the tower, three minutes from bars, restaurants, and cafes, and 30 seconds from stores. It's quiet at night even though the bars are just across the river. If I could give more than five stars, I would.
