The accommodation was well priced, and the location was nice, just a short walk from Pisa. The mattress felt like I was sinking into it and could have been firmer. Wi-Fi was weak in my room, which was the furthest from the router.

The owners were friendly and helpful, and the price was excellent. The property is new, clean, and well maintained, though the heating system makes a bit of noise. Some rooms don't get Wi-Fi, but there's a common room where you can get online.

4/10
The room was comfortable and quiet, but the reception was a huge disappointment. Nobody was there to welcome us when we arrived for check-in, and nobody was there at checkout either. The hotel staff explained everything very poorly. We had limited time to explore the city, and the lack of clear information disrupted our plans quite a bit. We lost almost 3 hours at the hotel waiting for the check-in and checkout times.

The owners were friendly, which helped make this a positive stay. The surroundings could use a bit more polish, though. Still, it wasn't bad.

The place itself could be better, though its location is a real plus, very near Campo dei Miracoli (the Leaning Tower of Pisa).
