NH Pisa

I found the staff friendly, and my room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is right across from Stazione Centrale, so it’s very handy if you’re arriving by train. They also stored my luggage, which let me explore the city before check-in.

Laura Pittori, the Front Office Manager, and Francesco Barbera, the General Manager, spent over an hour patiently sorting out a complicated problem with my GHA Discovery membership rewards. There’d been a mix-up with my account, but they took it seriously and saw it through properly. I felt valued, and the issue was resolved promptly and thoroughly. At check-in, Sylvia at reception was warm, welcoming, and professional, a lovely start after travelling. The whole team’s service stood out to us. We’ve stayed in hotels around the world, and NH Hotels has outdone itself here. The leadership and staff were attentive, proactive, and human. I’d wholeheartedly recommend NH Pisa to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to everyone for making our stay unforgettable. We arrived at NH Pisa on 12th January. I can honestly say I’ve never had service from a hotel that exceeded expectations like this.

The hotel is a great base for exploring other areas by train, and I’ll definitely come back. Pisa itself was a really nice, interesting town. The place is modern and clean, with lovely rooms and efficient staff. Breakfast wasn’t as good as I expected, though. It’s being refurbished at the moment, and drilling started in the next room at 9am, so keep that in mind if you’re hoping to relax.

There was no drinking water in the room, and no basic toiletries, bathrobe, or slippers. For a NH Hotel, I’d expect those basics. On the plus side, the rooms were good and the bed pretty comfortable, and the location is great. Breakfast was outstanding. Most of all, the front desk service from 26 to 27 Dec-2025 was amazing. The staff on the night and following day shifts were helpful, nice, and understanding. They did an excellent job. Congrats!
