Bugs or insects were in the room throughout our stay, and it was so uncomfortable that relaxing or sleeping properly was difficult. Our experience here was really disappointing. When we raised the issue with the host, we didn’t feel taken seriously. We were told the situation was somehow our fault, and our request for at least a partial refund was refused without any real effort to sort things out professionally. Problems can happen anywhere, but the way our complaint was handled made this worse. The guest experience would be much better with cleaner rooms, clearer communication, and better customer service.

After our first night, we found bed bugs beside my bed. It was so absurd that the next morning we filmed everything and documented what we’d found. The owner later said it wasn’t his bed or mattress, but I know what I experienced and what we saw. He still denies it instead of taking responsibility. We tried contacting him several times to find a serious solution, without success. He seemed more concerned with avoiding negative reviews than helping guests. This was unacceptable for us, both in terms of hygiene and how we were treated. I’d personally tell people to avoid the property. I stayed here with my partner, and it was one of the worst experiences we’ve had.

We found bedbugs in our bed, documented what happened, and have clear evidence. Soon after the first night, we had numerous bites across our bodies, severe skin reactions, and rashes. The symptoms were bad enough that we needed medical treatment. No hotel guest should have to go through this. The accommodation’s unhygienic condition was matched by the host’s response. Despite the evidence, everything was denied and we were repeatedly called liars. Instead of taking responsibility or seriously dealing with the problem, we were pressured to delete our review to get a refund. The host showed no understanding, responsibility, or compassion through the end. Even after we explained everything in detail and showed our evidence, we were still accused of being dishonest. We found this behavior inhumane, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. This was among our worst experiences for health, hygiene, and basic humanity, and we strongly advise against booking here.
