It was good.

The breakfast, location, and cleanliness were all lovely, and we felt at home throughout our three nights and four days. Pasquale runs the place and greeted us with real warmth. Since we're Southerners too, conversation and laughter came easily. He's kind, helpful, and charming, and his hospitality won us over. We'll definitely be back. See you soon, dear Pasquale 😉
The terrace is where the place really comes together. We enjoyed breakfast there with other guests, especially the homemade cakes and jams made with fruit from the family garden. Dimora degli Ulivi sits among olive trees in a lush, green setting, and our spacious room and bathroom were tastefully furnished, spotless, and fresh-smelling. Pasquale welcomed us warmly and quickly helped when a health issue came up during our trip. He's kind, lively, and clearly passionate about his homeland. He shared stories about Pisciotta and his travels, and suggested places to visit, routes to take, and places to eat. The quiet, attentive care made this an especially memorable stay, and one I'd happily recommend.
Sharing a coffee with Pasquale is like seeing the world through his eyes. He's a passionate traveler and storyteller, and he welcomed us like friends. His warmth, generosity, and love for the area made our stay feel personal and special. La Dimora degli Ulivi is tucked among olive trees, with a peaceful atmosphere and rooms that are comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully furnished. Nature, the nearby sea, and the genuine hospitality made it easy to relax. It feels far removed from mass tourism, a place to recharge and find inspiration. We left with smiles, lighter hearts, and stories to tell, just like Pasquale's.
Breakfast was a lovely start to the day, with fresh coffee, homemade cakes and jams, and a quiet chat. The rooms are comfortable and well cared for, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk away. A car would be useful for seeing more of Cilento. Dimora degli Ulivi is a peaceful retreat, and Pasquale is wonderfully kind and always available. You can tell he puts his heart into his work and does everything he can to make guests feel at home. If you're in Caprioli/Palinuro or nearby, this is a place to stay. Thanks, Pasquale, for having us in your “home” and giving us a short but lovely visit. See you next time!
