The staff, especially Chiara and Antony, were warm and welcoming, and the hotel felt quiet and safe. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything worked out perfectly, and I’d happily stay here again.

Our two-level room was just right, and breakfast was delicious. The team also gave us great ideas for drinks and dinner, and made check-in easy and personal. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the train station.

Breakfast was delicious, and the room where it’s served is lovely. The rooms are thoughtfully furnished, and the whole place has a beautiful feel to it. The staff were professional and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. I had a wonderful time at Dimora Storica Palazzo Puccini in Pistoia and would gladly return.

We stayed at Palazzo Puccini - Dimora Storica over Mother’s Day weekend. Chiara welcomed us with a real smile, handled check-in quickly, and shared useful details about the hotel and area. The lounge was peaceful, with books to browse while I had coffee or vin santo. Our room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a treat, with fresh pastries, fruit, and coffee made to order, in a dining room with the feel of an old palace. The hotel is near the historic district and an easy walk from cafes and boutiques. I’d recommend it if you’re visiting Pistoia. Chiara, you’re a fantastic host!

Fabiana made a wonderful host, and the service was discreet. Our room had a spectacular vaulted ceiling, high and spacious, and everything in it worked properly, including the air conditioning. It had the simplicity and authenticity of a private home. Breakfast was delicious, especially the frothy cappuccinos. Palazzo Puccini feels like a rare find.
