It's a quiet place despite being fairly central, though you can hear the nearby church bells. They bothered me a little, but you get used to them. I recommend staying here. The room was clean, with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and towels. Wi-Fi was good, and access to a fully equipped kitchen was shared with the other room. Breakfast is included at a nearby bar, coffee and a croissant. The town's upper central location makes the sea fairly easy to reach, without taking much longer. Communication with the owner was seamless.

The location is good, but the place was very average and not well maintained. Don't count on the kitchen description, since the extractor hood and thermal oven seem to be there just for show. There was also quite a lot of damp.

Francesco, the owner, is extremely kind and ready to help with anything. The B&B is comfortable and well furnished, right in the heart of Pizzo Calabro, so the main attractions are easy to reach. Highly recommended!

The mold smell hits you in the stairwell already. We couldn't sleep unless we opened the balcony, otherwise it was impossible. Asthmatics should be careful. Breakfast is at a nearby bar, where we got a croissant from the day before. You also pay extra if you order another coffee. I've never seen that at a B&B. Honestly, it's disgusting and just not acceptable under the stars. What a shame.
