The restaurant team works hard and is always smiling. They keep food available, and the meals are excellent and varied, with enough to make it impossible to leave hungry. If your child has developmental disabilities and eating is difficult, the chef is ready to help by preparing a special meal. Many thanks for that! The rooms are comfortable and tidy, towels are changed daily, the pools are clean, and the hotel surroundings are beautiful. The adults’ and children’s animators do a great job, with daily exercise, prize games, music and dancing, and entertainment for children. Pool and beach security staff keep watch and give a real sense of security. The cafe staff are constantly busy but patient and smiling. Wi-Fi has an excellent signal throughout the complex. This hotel is a real rest for body and soul.

The loud music keeps starting and stopping, then gets super loud throughout the evening. I’m not sure if people there are deaf, but they soon will be. It’s no good for a relaxing holiday, and you can’t get away from it at the beach unless you go really early. Earplugs are a must.

The sea was even better than we expected. For a couple of days, you could’ve thought you were in Sardinia! Food quality and choice were very good, and the staff were top notch, from reception and the restaurant to the entertainment team. The shared spaces were thoughtfully designed, and the pools were large and perfectly clean. The rooms were good too, though a little behind the rest. Still, that wouldn’t justify giving it four stars. A great experience overall.

The hotel crew were active and friendly, the food was great, and the beach is close by. The evening programme was nice and different every day, but only in Italian, so foreign guests couldn’t interact. There isn’t much to do if you’re looking for nightlife. There are no bus or train connections, so without booking one of the travel agency trips, some of which are really nice, you’re staying around the hotel or beach all holiday. The beach could use more water activities: there was only a canoe and windsurfing, which takes a lot of experience.

The beach is about 10 minutes from the hotel, and there’s a swimming pool for children. Nice place with super staff.
