The quiet, dark nights made for amazing sleep, and it was a treat to wake up and watch skiers on a historic Olympic route. Mateo’s attentive help made everything about skiing feel easy. I’ll check if he’s there next time, and Lucian was funny and pointed us to great places for food and wine. We happened to book a lesson with a nearby ski school, and our teacher was Ugo, the lodge owner. He’s been teaching for decades and took great care of us. I believe there are only five rooms, so the place feels private and personal. It had opened less than a year before our stay, yet the hallways smelled gently of comforting wood instead of new construction. I want to keep this place to myself, but we can probably only visit every couple of years, so go enjoy it before it takes off on TikTok or something.

The spa was fantastic, with a clean sauna and a great indoor pool, and the view from our room was epic. The rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities we could want. Hugo and Heidi were incredibly kind hosts who made us feel right at home. And the breakfast? You’re not ready for it, trust me. 😅 We’ll definitely come back sometime!

We especially loved the meals, with both breakfast and dinner standing out. Hugo and Heidi were wonderful hosts, and the beautifully designed, modern rooms made the stay feel special. Muline Lodge was one of the best hotel experiences I've had, and we'd gladly come back.

After visiting the Saslong route every year for many years, I was shocked by how rude this encounter was. I stopped briefly to sit and have tea, and an elderly woman came over aggressively, saying the spot was “reserved.” There were no signs saying it was reserved or private. She spoke sharply and confrontationally, while staring and smiling in a way that made me uncomfortable. It left a very bad impression. The place presents itself as a luxury hotel with very expensive rooms, but the way people are treated felt far from luxurious. It seemed they simply didn't care, especially about regular visitors. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend it. The service was terrible, and the treatment of people didn't match the price or image at all.

We visited Muline Lodge in July, and the owners, Hugo and Heidi, were lovely to chat with. Mateo, the manager, was extremely helpful too. Our room was spotless and spacious, with a great view. It's a small, intimate lodge with five rooms and a beautiful wellness center. Breakfast was complimentary and way beyond what we'd expected.
