The views are lovely, and you’re just two minutes from both the sea and the historic center. The house itself is pretty bare, though it has the basics. There are no curtains on the doors or windows, so you can’t leave them open, even though the place gets quite a bit of air. The shower leaks badly, too. In the bedroom there’s just one bed and one bedside table, leaving you to put your clothes on a suitcase on the floor. A wardrobe would help, and the place is also missing a courtesy kit, shower gel, and some dishes.

The only real plus is the central location. Otherwise, this place is a bad choice. There’s no air conditioning, just a fan, and I can only imagine how hot the room gets in summer. The bed mattress sags badly, and even a small movement makes the frame legs bend. The pillows were so soft I couldn’t use them, so I tried sleeping on folded towels. With no AC, you have to leave the windows open for air, but then the street noise sounds like cars are right beside the bed. Even a quick shower makes the bathroom feel bigger, because the shower frame has no seals.

The beach and town center are both only a three-minute walk away, and the view is beautiful. The accommodation also has a lovely, authentic feel.
