One Belvedere Tuscany

The staff were wonderful, the apartment was spotless, and the views around the property were beautiful. At QB Cucina, Chef Federico made excellent food, and the Belvedere 1 winery tour was really informative. It was my first visit to Italy, and I had such a good stay at One Belvedere Tuscany. I’m very happy with the visit and can’t wait to come back in summer!

Some of the best meals we’ve ever had were at the restaurant here. The property and its amenities are amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Marco also made the wine tasting especially enjoyable with how much he knew. We can’t wait to visit again!

We arrived at sunset and went straight to the gorgeous infinity pool. The sunbeds had thick mattresses, which I loved. Our room was brand-new, modern, and beautifully designed, with nice bathroom extras like body lotion and conditioner. The staff arranged an e-bike tour and gave us good tips for lunch and other things to do. Breakfast was delicious, all fresh and homemade. The spa was spotless and relaxing, with a sauna, jacuzzi, and steam bath. I only wish we’d had time to try the tennis court. We also didn’t get to eat at the restaurant, though everything else was so good that I’m sure it’s great too. I was a little unsure at first because the rating was so high despite there being only a few reviews, but the property had only opened in May 2025. What an amazing experience. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

Dining at the chef’s table was a highlight. The dishes were made fresh, mostly with ingredients grown on the property, and paired beautifully with the house wine. Chef Federico’s creativity came through in every recipe. The meals felt nourishing and delicious without leaving me worrying about my weight. I also loved how at home I felt in the modern, well-kept apartments. They’re a rare place where you can relax, work, and clear your head. The location is ideal for a soulful retreat, but it’s the hospitality that makes One Belvedere special. The team really puts guests first, and I felt personally cared for. I’ve traveled widely and rarely felt this at ease, even at luxury names like Anantara or Waldorf Astoria. Anna at the spa deserves a special thank you. Her holistic treatments go well beyond a massage, and I left recharged in body and soul. Meeting Natacha, the owner, was a pleasure too. She’s as humble and welcoming as the property. I’d recommend a spa treatment with Anna or Laura, a walk around the property and vineyard, watching sunset from the pool, and joining the meditation ceremony. This place has a soul, and the experience stays with you after you leave.
