The kitchen always has water and coffee, and the whole house is spacious and very clean. We sleep really well there, with great heating and air conditioning. The Wi-Fi gets a ten out of ten. Leonardo is attentive and always tries to make us comfortable, so we feel at home whenever we visit Poggioreale. We’ll keep coming back and recommend the place.

The rooms were clean, but cramped, and there were no amenities for €30 a night. The listed price was €25, and I stayed in the low season, specifically October 1, 2018. There was no TV, and the bathrooms could have been cleaner. It didn’t feel worth the money. If I’m in the area again, I’ll look elsewhere.

We found the village’s eerie atmosphere part of the experience. It was built from scratch after the 1968 earthquake, and the guesthouse sits on one of its many deserted streets. The rooms are large, lovely, and spotlessly clean, with a big kitchen guests can use. The owners are very friendly, and it’s a good base for visiting the earthquake ruins.

I’ve stayed here twice for work now. Leonardo made me feel welcome both times and was attentive to every request. The bed was even more comfortable than mine at home. Thanks for everything, and see you soon!

We made good use of the kitchen and laundry facilities, and both were included in the price. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for my large family during the week of August 15th. Mr. Leonardo was welcoming and helpful, and made us feel at home. I’m truly grateful to him. It was a wonderful holiday, and we’ll definitely return!
