We arrived just a few hours ago and were greeted by the very kind Valeria and her husband. The villa is beautiful, with generous outdoor space and all the comforts of home. San Vito’s public beach and Lido San Giovanni are both only a few meters away and easy to reach on foot. The area’s best-known destinations are close too: Polignano is five minutes away, Monopoli ten, and Alberobello thirty. Valeria has been helpful, professional, and kind ever since we booked, and she deserves a heartfelt compliment.

There are rocky stretches of the shore a few minutes’ walk away, so water shoes are a good idea. The apartment itself is lovely and comfortable, and easy to get to by car. Valeria was truly kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Having a car is best here, even for the nearest supermarket, but I much prefer the quiet surroundings to the city bustle. We spent 15 days here with my family, starting in early September, which I’d recommend for visiting these beautiful places. Valeria manages everything wonderfully: she’s professional, discreet, attentive, and friendly, and it’s clear she puts her heart into it. The property was in excellent shape, clean, and gave guests plenty of privacy. Our standard villa had a living room and kitchen with utensils, pots and pans, fridge, coffee maker, and washing machine. The bedrooms were bright, spacious, and clean, and the bathroom was fully equipped. Outside there was a large area with a table and chairs and a small garden lounge, perfect for eating or relaxing with a book. There’s air conditioning, though the villa stays pleasantly cool during the day because of its position. I’d repeat the experience, especially for Valeria’s wonderful management.

The house was spotless when we arrived, and the outdoor patio was beautiful. It’s well equipped for everyone’s needs, though it was a little noisy. The location is handy for Polignano, Monopoli, and Mola di Bari. In those towns we also enjoyed good seafood, including at La Bussola, a simple place with excellent fish at affordable prices. Valeria welcomed us like family and suggested things to see and places to go. Thank you, and recommended.
