We were thrilled with the villa and would especially recommend it to couples. It’s small but well put together, clean and renovated, with local-style furnishings, a lovely sea view, and a big outdoor area. The area is quiet and relaxing. A small cove with a free sandy beach is just a few steps away, and Ponte Lapilli lido, with cliffs and beautiful water, is close by on the other side. The historic center of Polignano is about a 20-minute walk, but I wouldn’t suggest walking since the owner provides two bicycles. The bike path into town is only 10 meters away. The agency managing the villa was kind and professional, with advice on restaurants for seafood or meat, the supermarket, and getting around. We wanted to use the outdoor barbecue, and they brought us everything we needed within a few hours.
