The front desk team, Rosangela, Paola, and Claudia, were always ready to answer my questions about exploring the area. Rosangela welcomed me so warmly on arrival, then handled my two separate bookings with such ease that I could stay in one room the whole time. She was professional and clearly cared about her guests. Mirko helped with my luggage, gave me information, and retrieved my car; Gaiole helped too, along with Mauricio at the pool. The food and service at the restaurant were outstanding. Having spent my career in airline customer service, I know what great service looks like, and the whole team at Cala Ponte really delivered. I'm grateful to them all for making me feel at home. I hope to come back to this beautiful hotel and enjoy that special experience again. I returned recently from three days at the beautiful Cala Ponte Hotel in Polignano a Mare, and it's a stay I'll always remember. The hotel itself is amazing, with a gorgeous room and a stunning pool set among ancient olive trees. It's a wonderful place to unwind and take in the beauty of Puglia. Grazie, grazie, grazie for such an amazing stay!

The staff were outstanding, and the food was great. The resort-like feel and quality throughout made for a lovely stay. The rooms are new and well designed, though a little tight by Marriott standards. The setting is peaceful while still close to the highway, and Polignano a Mare, Bari, Fasano, and Brindisi are all nearby.

It rained for the whole two days of our Easter visit, but the kind staff and their hospitality still made it an enjoyable stay. I especially loved the breakfast.

The garden with its ancient olive trees was lovely, and the pool was great. I also slept comfortably in the bed. The staff were wonderful, especially Filomena and Ivan at breakfast, who were attentive and friendly.

Miguel from the staff was nice, and the room is new. The wellness costs €100 per person for 75 minutes, which is very overpriced. The pool is 17 degrees, and after a cool swim, a sauna would have been nice. That was really disappointing.
