La Perla del Mare Rooms

The location was nice, but the stay wasn't very pleasant. There was no heating, and the air conditioning didn't work. The facility is new, though the furniture is old, and hygiene wasn't great. It wasn't comfortable for four people, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. The sheets were a little dirty, but we asked to have them changed and got cleaner ones.

I had a problem with my car, and the host family were really helpful. I felt the warmth people talk about in southern Italy. Thank you so much.

The best thing was the location, just two minutes from the center. Having paid parking in the property's garage was convenient and essential, since finding a spot on the street is difficult. We stayed over Christmas in 2025, but there were no decorations at all, which surprised us for the season. The staff were professional, though not especially welcoming. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, particularly the sofa bed and pillows. The kitchen had basic things like pans and cutlery, but no dishcloths or shelves for personal items.

Just a few steps from the train station and historic center, the location was ideal, and the value for money was unbeatable. We stayed one night in a lovely double room, which was clean and comfortable and had its own balcony. Valeria gave us such a warm welcome, thank you!
