The family made us feel at home in a cosy, friendly setting. We enjoyed two lovely, relaxing days taking in the mountains and the small town of Polizzi Generosa, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise for its cultural richness. Happy Glamping was a fun discovery. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was freshly prepared with local produce, depending on what was available at the market that day.

We spent two nights with Simona and Enzo and enjoyed every minute. Their relaxed, positive way of running the glamping, and their friendliness, were the best part of our stay. The place clearly reflects a lot of creativity and care for its natural surroundings. The beds were perfect, and the other facilities were pretty, clean, and comfortable. We'd also recommend sharing dinner with them. It's a nice chance to hear about the beautiful Parc delle Madonie and the vegetables and grapes they grow. We'd love to return!

If you come to Sicily, don't skip the island's interior. The local food is genuine and superb, the walking paths are great, and life moves at an easy pace. I found this lovely campsite just below Polizzi Generosa in the beautiful Madonie mountains, a wonderful surprise after travelling nearly all over Sicily. It's well connected by bus from Palermo, and a couple of days here, with that extra bit of comfort, can make a trip feel complete. The cities, temples, coast, and beaches are all great, but this quiet place in nature has its own appeal. Simona and Enzo created and run it with a lot of love. It's adapted for winter stays as well, especially thanks to the Finnish bath tub, better known as 'Kylpytynnyri'. From now on, I'll make Happy Glamping Madonie part of my regular trips back to Sicily.

We spent two nights in a tent and found it really comfortable. The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxing. A hidden gem up in the Sicilian mountains.
