We stayed for a week last summer. Our room, Torre, was great, and Mario, the owner, was even better. The location made it easy to walk all over Florence, with good food and shopping starting right outside the building's front door.

We got a Panetone cake and a bottle of Prosecco wine, which was lovely, and the apartment was central. But during our 10 days there the room wasn't serviced, so we got no fresh towels. There was also a sour smell we just couldn't get rid of.

We loved staying here. It's lovely, super central, and close to all the major points of interest, though it can be a bit difficult to find.

She was very kind and waited for us late in the evening, so check-in was easy. The apartment was super clean, quiet, and lovely, with a very comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. You're right in the center, and can walk downstairs for breakfast in Piazza della Signoria. We stayed for two nights and highly recommend it. Thank you.
