Terre di Mezzo Country House

The homemade cakes and jams at breakfast were unforgettable, and the meal itself was generous and varied, served on a veranda overlooking a lovely garden. I spent two weeks at Terre di Mezzo and felt right at home. The house sits among olive groves, with a stunning view of the Cilento coast and the calm of the hills. It’s close to Pollica, while the livelier coastal spots of Acciaroli and Pioppi are easy to reach. Mena welcomed us warmly but discreetly and was always there if we needed anything. The rooms were spacious and quiet, with private bathrooms and kitchenettes, and the place was spotless. I’d gladly recommend a stay at Terre di Mezzo.

The hilltop setting was peaceful, with a lovely view across the Cilento coast. Pollica is about five minutes away, and Acciaroli’s beaches and town are less than ten minutes away. We stayed for Ferragosto week at Terra di Mezzo country house, and Filomena and Bernardo made us feel on holiday from the moment we arrived. They were kind, welcoming, and always available. Our room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was excellent, with homemade cakes and jams served each morning. A good fit for couples or families.

We even had dinner at Terra di Mezzo, and Bernardo’s meal was delicious, clearly made with care. Filomena looked after everything with so much attention and passion, and was kind, generous, and responsive to every request. The property itself is relaxing, comfortable, spotless, and has a view I won’t forget. We had five wonderful days here and felt completely pampered. We’ll be back.

The only thing I’d pick at is the bathroom, which has no window. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and had air conditioning, a mini fridge, and Sky TV. We spent one night at Terre di Mezzo Country House and had a lovely stay. Mena welcomed us warmly, suggested places to visit, and brought apricot juice made by her father along with a homemade cake. The property sits above Acciaroli, surrounded by greenery, with the Cilento sea in the distance and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. The grounds are well cared for, and the breakfast veranda is beautiful. Breakfast was included and had plenty of local and homemade items, including juices and jams. The price felt more than fair for what we enjoyed. We’ll come back on our next trip to Cilento.
