The daily breakfast was just coffee and the same cake, unlike what was shown online. Our room had persistent ants and other insects, and water from the air conditioner dripped onto the bed. The towels smelled like moldy cheese, and we eventually saw that the wooden hooks were moldy too. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Hot water was often unreliable, and the toilet flush didn't work properly. We stayed a week in summer. After we sometimes forgot to switch off the air conditioning when leaving, the owner gossiped about it to acquaintances behind our backs. We only heard about this from relatives who also know the host. If you don't want to become town gossip, book another B&B.

Mario was so helpful, kind, and friendly, and his wife and he made us feel wonderfully welcome. Thank you both. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent, with homemade cakes. It's a great place for visiting Pompeii, Naples, and the beautiful sights nearby.

Mr. Mario was kind, helpful, and friendly, and his wife made delicious homemade cakes that we enjoyed every morning at breakfast. We had a wonderful stay at this welcoming, basic, clean B&B. It's well suited to families and very handy for the Pompeii ruins, with the Porta Marina Superiore entrance about a 5-10 minute walk away.

We enjoyed the walk, so the slightly roundabout route to the excavations was no problem for us. The map is a little misleading: even though the property is very close as the crow flies, getting there on foot or by car takes a more circuitous route. The villa itself is charming, with convenient parking on site, and the owner and his cat were friendly company.

The owners were very kind and hospitable, and we had a lovely three-day stay as a family. The place is clean, and the breakfast cake was excellent. It's very convenient for getting to the excavations and catching the Circumvesuviana train. Highly recommended.
