The breakfast had a huge variety, and everything was really good quality. Staff were always around and friendly. Each morning the manager greeted guests and told us about anything happening in the area. I stayed in the Villa dei mistiri room and really enjoyed it. It’s large and very clean, with lots of attention to detail, and doesn’t feel cheap or tacky. They’ve done it really well. There was scaffolding up, unfortunately, which obscured the balcony view. Well worth the price, with the best location for Pompeii Ruins, good breakfast and really good rooms.

There’s a car park, great reception staff, and a very good restaurant with a nice team from the chef to the staff. The hotel is nice and well located for visiting the old city and cathédrale. I warmly recommend staying there, though the restaurant can sometimes be too noisy too late, depending on your room.

We booked at the last minute and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Renovations were underway, but they didn’t disturb us and we enjoyed the stay. The included breakfast and on-site secure parking were terrific extras. For the price and location, you won’t find better. I’d happily stay again.

The location makes it easy to see the sights. Breakfast was absolutely brilliant, though the restaurant meals were just adequate for the price. The hotel feels a little tired, but I found it comfortable.

The staff were friendly, and there's a very good restaurant attached. It's extremely close to one of the entrances to the Pompeii ruins. The room itself felt a bit basic for a four-star hotel.
