The customer service was impeccable. I called downstairs to ask for another comforter, and it arrived within three minutes, which had to be a world record. The remodeling was extensive, and you can tell: the rooms are modern and spacious, with ceilings fit for a king. I'd definitely recommend it.

My family and I went to Pompeii in September to see the ruins. We didn't stay at the hotel, only ate there, but the food was delicious. I really recommend the calzones, and the regular pizzas were made very well too.

The location was perfect for visiting the Pompei ruins, and we really enjoyed our stay. The people there were so friendly and accommodating. What a wonderful hotel.

The waiter was wonderfully charismatic and made us laugh, and the prices were the most reasonable around. But the real standout was the pizza. It was the best we'd ever had, even after eating pizza in different Italian cities plenty of times. Greatly recommend stopping here before or after the ruins, or if you're staying at the hotel. It's hard to find a restaurant this good these days!

The room was nice and great value, and the receptionist gave us restaurant recommendations that led us to the best food we had in Italy, at a great price. The entrance to the ruins is only a three-minute walk away, so go around 9am. I wouldn't stay a week, but this seems like the best place for visiting the Pompei sites. I'd book again. Great thanks to the receptionist.
