Massimo was attentive and helpful, and both properties were clean, air conditioned, and had comfortable beds. We came as two families, four adults and five kids, and the gated grounds felt safe and were well maintained. The private pool and beautiful setting were a big plus. It was also convenient for the main roads and train station. Thank you!

We stayed here while visiting Pisa, just 20 km away, and the host was a very kind gentleman who helped with all our requests. You can book the whole apartment with a kitchen or just a room with its own bathroom. There’s a private swimming pool and you can barbecue for yourself too. A cat might come watch your swimming from a safe distance. We had an awesome weekend in this beautiful place.

Such a lovely room in an amazing spot. It was quiet, the view was nice, and it had everything we needed for a holiday.

We only booked one night, but woke up surrounded by nature in a truly enchanting place. The staff were kind and friendly. Highly recommended.
