The walk up from the road takes about seven minutes, but the view makes it worthwhile. Each apartment has its own little outdoor spot where you can take in the scenery. The property itself is beautiful, and Alfredo made us feel welcome right away. He’s a fantastic host, speaks excellent English, and gave us really helpful ideas and restaurant tips tailored to what we like. The little local area has two markets and a few restaurants within easy reach. You can walk to the natural pools too, though there are quite a lot of steps to get down to them. We had an incredible stay and would definitely recommend meeting Alfredo.

We spent a week at Casa Victoria, in the garden apartment, and loved it. The house was spotless, nicely equipped, and had everything we needed, along with a breathtaking view. There was a pool too. Alfredo was genuinely kind, and both the house and its location were wonderful. We’ve already made plans to come back next year.

Alfredo’s advice was excellent, and everyone we met was welcoming, kind, and ready to help. The island means plenty of walking up and down narrow streets, so you need to be up for that, but it’s worth the effort. This place lets you enjoy Ponza at a quieter pace, away from the port crowds, with lovely views and the sunset right in front of the house. The prettiest beaches are close, and there are good food shops, bars, and convenient restaurants nearby. A perfect stay for us.

Alfredo was so good to us and very kind. We stayed for a week as a family, and our apartment had a beautiful view. There are coves nearby, and Alfredo also rents scooters, which we really enjoyed and would recommend. Thanks, Alfredo.
