What made our holiday fantastic was the owners and staff. They were friendly, kind, professional, and always ready to help. The charming B&B is in a handy location, near the port and close to all sorts of amenities. Our room was consistently very clean and had a mini-fridge. Breakfast was generous and excellent, and so were the bakery's products. We highly recommend it.

I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to come back to Ponza after how this was handled. I had booked and prepaid three rooms for six people on August 7, for September 21-22, 2024, with no free cancellation. Then, at eight months pregnant, I was told by my doctor after a checkup that I had dilation and must not travel. I sent the medical certificates and asked if they could cancel 11 days ahead and find some way for us not to lose the €400, even though I wasn’t required to provide the certificates. They said no. There was no refund, not even a partial one, and no voucher we could use when I was able to travel. They said they’d kindly give us a voucher for the same dates in 2025, but I never received it, and I couldn’t know whether a trip that far ahead would even be possible. So much for Ponza being full of kindness and friendliness. I expected anything but this kind of cruelty. P.S. They blocked our cell phone numbers.

Linda was really kind and gave us useful tips about trips and excursions. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and its spot near the port and bus stop made getting to the main attractions easy.

The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast was good. A great spot, very close to the port.
