The staff and location were worth five stars for me, while the room got four, so about 4.5 overall. I stayed for seven nights in July 2015. The location was splendid, with the lobby right on the main walking street and most sights easy to reach on foot. If you can, get a room with a harbor view or balcony, bello. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, and breakfast was delicious and included every day. Wi-Fi worked well in the lobby, though not in the room. The bathroom was small, but on an island paradise it’s the last place you want to spend time anyway.

The accommodation was lovely and clean, and the staff were so friendly. It’s right on the main row of bars and restaurants, with incredible views across Ponza. Very nice.

We had a fantastic stay. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly, and our room was clean with a good breakfast. We even got our room before the official check-in time. Since it was on the third floor, we had a lovely harbor view from the balcony. The hotel is right at Ponza’s port, a few hundred meters from the ferry. The only drawback was the tiny bathroom and narrow shower, which might be tricky for someone of a certain height.

The hotel’s best features are its port location and friendly, efficient staff. It’s just steps from the attractions, shops, bars, and restaurants, and easily one of the most convenient places I’ve stayed in Ponza. There’s no breakfast at the moment, which I really hope they bring back soon!!! We’ll return next year.
