Chef Linda's food was delicious, and I still remember the mille-feuille. Francesca helped us make our small wedding feel like a dream come true. The villa is beautifully maintained, with that lovely rustic Tuscan style, and the view is out of this world. We spent a perfect week there that we'll never forget.

Our wedding celebration was an amazing end to a beautiful week at the villa. The property itself is stunning, and the view across the Casentino Valley to Poppi Castello is just gorgeous. Francesca went out of her way to make both our stay and wedding picture perfect. It was more than I'd dreamed of, and I can't recommend the place enough.

Francesca was the best part of our stay. She's friendly, knows the area, and takes great care of her guests. I'd highly recommend having her cater at least one dinner. She has a commercial kitchen on site, and can lead a cooking class followed by a beautifully prepared multi-course meal. I'd give her 10 stars if I could. The villa is on a working farm, tucked away from noisy neighbors, so it's peaceful and the views of the beautiful Casentino are stunning. Poppi is nearby, with some very nice restaurants and a lovely castle that children will enjoy exploring. The house is every bit as nice as it looks online. It's spacious enough for more than 20 people without feeling crowded, and the rooms are clean and beautiful, each with a modern bathroom. The kitchen is very nice and well equipped, though a bit small for five or six families. The villa offers peace and quiet while still being conveniently located. Most resort photos don't match the real place, but Agriturismo Vecchia Quercia did for us.

The views from all around the property are a real wow. This family-run "hotel" is spectacular, with gracious, accommodating hosts. Their meals are exquisite when they cook, and the wine made for the Villa is tasty.
