The room furnishings and common areas are thoughtfully designed, and this is the only design hotel in the area. It's also the only place here with a spa and gym. Around it, there are wild hills and mountains, though the hotel sits in an agricultural and industrial valley. The immediate area itself isn't anything special, just a rather flat residential zone.

The food was excellent, and the mood felt intimate while still luxurious. Boutique Hotel Via Roma 33 really has those personal touches that make it charming and elegant. Our stay was perfect, with warm, attentive service and beautifully designed rooms in an ideal spot in the heart of Tuscany. A refined, authentic experience here comes highly recommended.

We had dinner at the restaurant and loved every course. The chef has created some divine dishes, and the waiter and sommelier were attentive at just the right level. The bar snacks were worth trying too, especially the chicken, one of the best I've ever had. The hotel has hired some exceptional people. The staff were all so warm and kind, and genuinely cared about making us comfortable. A special thanks to the reception team. We also spent an evening in the spa and had the place to ourselves. It was lovely, with a great steam room, sauna, and large jacuzzi. The gym had enough equipment for a decent workout. We stayed five nights in the suite with the spa bath. It was incredible and much better than the online photos suggest, with loads of space and everything we could need. We can't wait to come back.

We spent two nights at Via Roma 33 and were impressed with the whole experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and made us feel welcome. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The location made it easy to explore the city. The hotel brings modern comforts together with classic charm in a cozy, inviting way. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely return. Highly recommend!

After a disappointing air B&B on my visit to Prataveccio Stia two years ago, I came back to Stia this year and chose a hotel. Booking "Via Roma33" turned out to be a fortunate choice. The staff were charming and incredibly helpful, and the room was comfortable and very clean. The food was excellent, as was the breakfast, and having a steam room and sauna was wonderful.
