The downside was hearing dogs howl on neighboring properties every day, sometimes late into the night. Both we and our dog found it unpleasant, and she spent less time in the garden because of it. We had the villa as our workation base for three weeks, with up to 28 clients, staff, and friends there, and everything worked out. In my view, it can sleep up to 38 people. It’s well equipped technically, and Laura, the owners’ assistant, provided top service.

It’s hard to spot a flaw, if there is one. The spa is lovely and welcoming, and the massages and customer service are top-notch. Our valley-facing room was clean and very well kept, and we had great privacy. The staff were friendly, the rooms were perfect, and the welcome was impeccable, from the receptionist who takes care of everything to the very attentive owners. The location is splendid, with quiet natural surroundings and charming villages. Inside, it’s ultra-modern and fits its setting perfectly, with maintenance kept to a very high standard. I’m leaving today and may already make a new reservation. A weekend here recharges me more than a week doing other things. Congratulations to everyone.
