The spa upstairs was clean and relaxing, with a sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, and contrast shower. We stayed as a couple with our baby during the Blacksmith Festival in August 2025, and had a wonderful time. Our suite was beautiful and better equipped than we expected, with its own kitchen, fridge, dishes, utensils, and coffee maker. Lovely stay, highly recommend!

We stayed four days and never needed any service. I don't remember seeing anyone at the front desk apart from check-in on the first day and check-out on the last. The room was clean and spacious, and the location worked especially well for the Biennale Arte Fabbrile. Although the top suite can sleep four adults, it’s basically one room, with a privacy screen between the regular bed and sofa bed.

The breakfast was absolutely first-rate, and the staff were delightful and very accommodating for those of us who speak more English than Italian. This was easily our favorite hotel during our two weeks in Italy.

We couldn't have asked for more. The views are incredible, the rooms are lovely, and everyone on staff was personable and accommodating. Everything was stellar, and I couldn't recommend it more highly.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and modern, with nice amenities. A delicious breakfast at the restaurant next door is included.
