We had to adjust our plans a little, and the staff were very accommodating. There’s also a bicycle garage near the property, and breakfast was fantastic. I’d gladly stay again.

8/10
The rooms are large and warm, and the location is central. Getting around the place can be a bit difficult for older guests.

The rooms look lovely and the hotel staff were nice, but the beds felt hard as stone.

I had a really good stay. The room was lovely, especially the paintings across the ceiling and walls. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had plenty of variety. The cappuccino and fresh orange juice were excellent too.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and the rooms are comfortable with a pleasant vintage feel. You’re right by the pedestrian area in central Montalcino. Breakfast is served at Hotel Giglio and was excellent; you can have dinner there too, which was excellent as well. Guest parking is reserved, and the valet service was very efficient. Highly recommended.
