We’re really disappointed with the room we were given. The photos online looked very different, and we feel misled. We paid $470 euros a night for a horrible experience. We asked to change rooms but haven’t received a response. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The hotel team’s response is absolutely BS. We didn’t meet with them twice, and they didn’t try to find any solutions for us. The hotel photos don’t match what’s online. Don’t trust this hotel. I attached all the ugly photos of the room.

Best resort I’ve ever been to, and it’s in a good location. The breakfast restaurant is very luxurious. There’s no AC and the internet isn’t good, though. If you’re going to Porlezza, I recommend this resort. I give it 10/10.

The resort was beautiful, tucked into nature, and I left feeling refreshed and recharged. Mr roberto welcomed me so warmly, and I really enjoyed being his guest. His clown therapy service touched me especially. I hope he keeps up the good work and wish him luck. The world needs more people like him. Anyone who needs a smile should visit him.

A lovely spot right by the lake, with pretty gardens, great accommodation, and three amazing restaurants. Everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The private beach was a perfect place to unwind, and the hotel grounds are huge and beautiful. The food and rooms were superb too.
