RaRoom Colors

I liked my stay at RaRoom.

The sheets were all wrinkled, and I doubt they'd been changed, so we slept in our clothes and left as soon as we could. There was no breakfast. The small balcony had a glimpse of the sea, but was covered in pigeon droppings. The room could have been nice with a few fixes, but the bathroom tiles were broken and posed a risk of injury. I thought some reviews might be exaggerating, but everything was extremely bad. Organization and courtesy seemed optional. There are four floors to climb and no elevator. Also, the Portici tourist tax is €1.50, but they had improperly charged us €2.50 per person. Making such a bad impression over an extra €3 is sad. Be careful, there's no parking, and finding a spot where it's located is practically impossible.

The photos make the hotel look good, but the room smelled strongly of mildew as soon as we entered. The air conditioning didn't work, and the bed was uncomfortable, with shabby sheets and springs pressing everywhere. We barely slept over the two nights. Cleaning was superficial, with dust everywhere. The building is old and needs serious renovation.

I didn't expect luxury, but this level of neglect was unacceptable. There was dust on the furniture, stains on the floor, and hair everywhere. The sheets looked used, the bathroom seemed to have been cleaned hastily, if at all, and the trash can was still full from previous guests. I strongly advise against offering rooms in this condition.
