The staff are friendly, but the hotel needs a lot of work to feel comfortable. After the response, I wanted to add that small things like having a bottle of water in the room would help. The walls also don't block sound well, and noise from the next room was loud enough to keep me from sleeping. Thanks.

We really made the mistake of staying here, it was a complete joke. The rooms are sad, small, and dark, with mattresses that have collapsed. It feels like the hotel hasn't been updated since the 1970s, and the price is grossly high. Stay somewhere else.

It's in a quiet, pleasant part of Porto Ceresio, about a ten-minute walk from the lake. The hotel is nice and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast was okay, though it could be better. A good place for a few days.

The room smelled, and there wasn't much ventilation when it was hot. I also found that the maids smoked in the rooms while cleaning. Breakfast was sugary, with little variety, and the products seemed like they came from a supermarket. Since the hotel has its own restaurant, I expected more.

The village is beautiful, and both the service and breakfast were good. The rooms, though, aren't very modern.
