You can walk to Porto Cervo Marina, and there are a few more restaurants nearby besides the excellent one in the same building. You'll need a car to reach the beaches. Recidence Bougainvillae has free parking.

Getting around the area from here is easy, but the price is very high. The rooms let it down too: awful beds and a terrible shower.
I didn't expect the room to feel so neglected. The water in the sinks wouldn't drain, and we later found standing water in the bathroom drawer under the sink, apparently from a lack of upkeep. A sewer-like smell also filled the room when we came back, which was probably the worst part. The showerhead had come away from the wall, with rusty screws dripping into the shower; they fixed it when we asked. The glass drainer was almost all rust, so we used paper towel on the table to dry the washed glasses. Even the door frames were held with ordinary Scotch tape. I understand the prices in late July and early August, and that's not what I'm complaining about. I just didn't expect to be put in a dump. A failure.
The central location was a real plus for our 12-day stay in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, in Apartment T33. But we paid over €3,000 for a family of four and arrived to a place that was visibly dirty and badly in need of renovation. There was ingrained grime and rust in several spots, a filthy rusty fridge, and stained curtains that smelled awful and badly needed washing. The apartment itself had a bad smell as soon as we came in from outside; the hidden fragrance in the living room did nothing to fix it. We also weren't comfortable with the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, and expected the kitchen to have been cleaned more thoroughly. The furniture was very worn, and the apartment looked old and felt dated in how it worked as well. Some things were damaged or crudely patched up. A board on our children's wardrobe wasn't attached properly and collapsed onto our daughter's feet as she was getting clothes. The location is decent and the accommodation has potential, but it couldn't make up for the poor condition overall. It wasn't a comfortable place for a holiday.
The staff were warm and welcoming, and we had a pleasant stay. The stove was the one letdown, since it was quite old. The residence has outdoor parking and a pool, and it's very well placed, close to the centre and within walking distance of the beach. I'd happily come back.
