Cervo Hotel, Costa Smeralda Resort

The drinks are the one thing I'd change. Paying 32€ for a cocktail at the pool or bars felt absurd. Otherwise, this hotel was incredible value, with free valet parking, breakfast, and a boat ride to a private beach. The beach had a rocky patch in the water, but there were free chairs, umbrellas, and towels, much like at the pool. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Alessandro, the concierge, was kind, passionate, and gave us great restaurant recommendations. His tips led us to our favourite dinners of the trip. Roberto, the valet, was great with our bags, always cheerful, and quick to bring the car. The location was amazing, and all the staff were wonderful. I'd give the place 10 stars if I could. We'll definitely be back.

The breakfast had lots of choice, and they would make something for you even if it wasn't on the menu. The restaurant also had great options, and the beach service was excellent. Transfers to the private beach were available by shuttle, with everything we needed once there. Transport arrangements were convenient, and the location was perfect. From the staff and accommodation to the cleanliness, everything was excellent. I feel lucky to have stayed here. It made the trip feel special, and deserves more than five stars. Thank you to the whole team!

We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were very friendly, and the concierge team were attentive, caring, and went out of their way to help. Service was fabulous all around. The hotel is spotless, well maintained, and full of charm. Its position in the heart of Porto Cervo is hard to beat, with the marina, shops, and restaurants just steps away. It made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended!

I've stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world for work and holidays, and Cervo Hotel Costa Smeralda Resort ranks among the best. The sunsets over the water and the lovely surroundings of Porto Cervo made the stay feel like a dream. The rooms were beautiful, the food was outstanding, and the whole place felt comfortable and elegant, with real warmth. Service was exceptional. Every detail felt right, and the staff anticipated what we needed without hovering. Thank you to everyone at Cervo Hotel for your kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. We'll treasure the memories. Five stars don't feel like enough, and this stay reset my expectations.
