The owner gave good service, and the place is in a good location. It's a small set of modern-style rooms, though the upper two have low ceilings, and the bathroom and shower felt cramped. There was no air conditioning, so sleeping in summer was almost impossible.

The location was great and everything was very clean, but our room on the top floor got unbearably hot. We couldn't sleep in that heat.

The hosts were so welcoming and helpful, and the place was meticulously clean. Our bed was extremely comfortable, and the spacious bedroom had a huge ensuite with both a tub and a shower. The renovated home also has generous common areas with the basics well provided. The double room with the walk-in closet has no air conditioning, and being on a very central street means some evening noise. Closing the windows and using the fan helped. The location was excellent, with parking on a private road, two minutes from the main shops and restaurants and the Basilica of San Gavino. It's a 15-minute walk to the seafront and a five-minute drive to the ferry terminals for Genoa. Highly recommended.
